While we value our customer's satisfaction, all returns require pre-authorization. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Customized/personalized items or face covers cannot be returned or refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
• International shipping, taxes, or duty
• All sale items (e.g. all items in the LAST CHANCE/FINAL SALE collections)
We are unable to offer exchanges for returned items, only refunds. For example, if you need a different size, style, or color of an item including accessories then you will need to return your item for refund and then place a new order.
Our pre-authorized return policy for any unused or defective merchandise applies up to 14 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase or your item is used, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
A possible exception to the 14-day limit may apply to defective items. A return authorization determination will be made on a case-by-case basis. If authorized, this type of return will be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Obviously we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
